Dantes Partners was selected to be the steward of a $17M project to restore and
preserve 84 affordable units for the PWYWCA. Although multiple sources of financing
where secured, the project remained in need of more funding to get started. ThinkBox
stepped in and identified opportunities to unlock capital from energy, water and
infrastructure systems to close the funding gap.
