Zion Baptist Church has been serving its community since 1864. Seeking to reduce
operating expenses, minimize capital expenditure, and have a positive impact on the
environment, the church used C-PACE financing to cover a number of energy efficiency
measures including a full LED retrofit, chiller replacement, a new hot water boiler
system, building controls, new windows, and water conservation measures.
